5 Great Tips To Reduce Fixed Expenses To Travel More

hey stand here from greens around the

world and I wanted to share with you

five tips for reducing your six monthly

expenses these are the expenses that

make it hard to just hop on a plane and

travel whenever you want because you’re

always having a supplement cost packet

number one is self-employed find a

low-cost no-contract cell phone plan so

we leave home you’re not paying true

bills wherever you go very possible

anywhere in the world to get a plan

twenty to forty dollars a month no

contract and just buy your phone one

time pay cash it’s much better that way

number to get rid of a car you own a car

right now it is not serving you or the

times you’re back home join a car

sharing program maybe share a car with a

couple friends or take taxis while

public transit of that kind of thing

payments you’ll have to make on a car

insurance will kill you you’re trying to

travel and having to pay that back home

third thing is your apartment so have

your apartment set up so it’s nice and

you can sublease in it for profit

whenever you doing travel I have friends

who have their apartments on Airbnb and

in two weeks they earn what they pay in

rent for one month so whenever someone

to rent an apartment back home they take

a trip there for month the whole month

rent is covered the two week rental and

Airbnb and they can pay for a bit of the

trip with the problem well so make sure

your part be set up so you can sublease

it or throw it on a site like Airbnb

poor thing is gym contracts things like

that make sure the gym you joined

doesn’t require some crazy to your

contract you might have to pay a little

more upfront or each month to do this

but a good gym shouldn’t require you to

have a two-year contract or make sure

the contract of a clause where if you

just have a plane ticket showing

basically that you’re moving you can get

out of the contract no problem other

things for this look for smaller gym

I’ve had a lot of luck finding

independently owned

they just pay them cash for a couple

months at a time versus the bigger

change which usually will try to force

my contact fit is to look at all the

little month-to-month expenses you have

things like medical insurance any tenant

insurance any insurances on going to

love you screw business so online

software things like that where you’re

being every month but might not

necessarily be using at all and anything

else extra phones Jim’s any kind of

ongoing expense you have that you don’t

really need and especially don’t get

when you travel look through each one of

those days do i need this or click get

rid of it and keep my costs as low as

possible for me i literally have no

fixed cost so wherever i go my cost of

living is just in that one place and

that allows you tremendous flexibility

and for you when you get set up that

where you’re going to have so much more

money and flexibility to just travel

where point
